Bri is dressed in a very expensive satin gown ready to go out on a date! And can't wait as it's been planned for quite sometime. Anxiously waiting around for her date to turn up there's a sudden knock on the door but he's early it can't be him who's at the door? Bri goes to see who is at her door as she wasn't expecting anyone to the house. Opening the door and looking down stood in front of Bri is Lottie Lalay the bakery inspector! Bri tries to explain that she's on her way out and it's not convenient but Lottie Lalay isn't backing down a pushes the door open. Lottie turning up unannounced has really to caught Bri off guard as she hasn't had a lot of time to prepare and her new addition to the bakery is set up and ready for tomorrow's shoot. Bri nervously trying to answer all of Lottie queries and complaints while also having in mind her date will be here any moment.
